On the night of 26 September, the Russian army attacked Odesa Region again. For two hours, the occupiers attacked with drones.

Most of the drones were shot down due to the intense work of the air defence forces, but there were hits in the port infrastructure of the Izmayil district as reports Odesa Regional Military Administration head Kiper.

"Two men, truck drivers, were injured. One of them received medical aid on the spot, the other was hospitalised with a severe arm injury," he wrote.

The building of the checkpoint, warehouses, about 30 trucks were damaged, and six trucks caught fire. Firefighters extinguished the fires.

After the Russians unilaterally withdrew from the grain deal on 17 July, they regularly began to attack the port infrastructure of Odesa Region, including grain storage facilities. Hundreds of thousands of tons of grain were burned as a result of the Russian army's actions.

Last night, the enemy also attacked the port infrastructure of Odesa. One of the city's symbols, the hotel building near the seaport, was among the damaged facilities. Grain storage facilities were destroyed, killing two people. About 1,000 homes were left without electricity.
