The occupiers attacked Odesa Region with drones on 6 October. As a result of the strikes, the Orlivka ferry crossing was suspended.
The State Border Guard Service published a call on Telegram to temporarily choose other routes to Romania. The checkpoint is stabilising its operations after a nighttime enemy attack on port and border infrastructure.
"No one was injured in the attack," the border guards said.
The RMA added that the air alert in the Region lasted more than three hours. Three drones were shot down.
"The enemy once again targeted the border and port infrastructure of Izmail district. A grain storage facility was damaged, nine trucks caught fire. The fire has been extinguished," said the head of the RMA.
