Ukrainian diplomats have taken a wounded Ukrainian boy out of the city of Sderot. Information about the possible deaths of two more Ukrainians near Gaza and one in Gaza is being checked. In addition, five citizens who were reported missing in southern Israel have been found, reports the spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Oleg Nikolenko.

"Ukrainian diplomats conducted a successful rescue operation - they took a Ukrainian boy who was injured during a militant attack out of Sderot. He is now in a safe place under the care of the Embassy. He has been provided with medical and psychological assistance. We managed to find five citizens who were reported missing in southern Israel," Nikolenko wrote on Facebook.

At the same time, he said, there was information about the possible death of two other Ukrainians near the Gaza Strip. "We are checking the situation," the spokesman added.

The diplomats also received information about the possible death of a Ukrainian in the Gaza Strip.

Nikolenko emphasised that the diplomatic mission in Ramallah is in constant contact with the Ukrainian community, and potential evacuation routes are being developed.

In total, the operational headquarters of the Ukrainian foreign ministry processed more than 200 appeals from citizens over the past day. "We are recording massive flight cancelations. We are looking for solutions to help our people leave the country," he added.

As of yesterday, two Ukrainian women were reported killed. There are also citizens of other countries among the victims. On the Israeli side, 2,000 people were wounded, on the Palestinian side - more than 2,300.
