A crater from a drone crash was found in Romania, states Romanian Ministry of Defence.

It is noted that the crater was discovered after Russians shelled Ukrainian port infrastructure near the border between Ukraine and Romania.

The drone fell 3km from the city of Plaura, opposite Izmail. Measures have been taken to secure the area and the competent authorities have been notified to collect evidence and conduct investigative actions in accordance with the procedures.

Romanian Ministry of Defence said it strongly condemns the attacks carried out by the Russian Federation on certain objects and elements of civilian infrastructure in Ukrainian ports on the Danube: "These attacks are unjustified and seriously contradict the norms of international humanitarian law.”
