This morning, an armed man broke into a business center in Kyiv's Solomiyanskyy district, kicked the guards out of the building and fired several random shots, interior ministry reports.
KORD soldiers detained the attacker, and fortunately no one was injured. An investigative team is currently working at the site. The incident took place on Vaclav Havel Avenue. KORD special forces arrived at the site.
An armed man threatened the guards and forced them to leave the building. He threatened to set up a tripwire to prevent law enforcement from entering. As a result of negotiations, the attacker was detained.
