Today Russians attacked civilians, born in 1987 and 1989, who were travelling in a car in Beryslav, Kherson Region, with a drone. The woman was killed, the man is in a grave condition. There are two wounded, the head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, has said.

"This is a deliberate hunt for civilians. Russians do it all the time, they raise UAVs, track them down, drop grenades from drones... There is no doubt that the Russian military saw civilians in the car - UAV optics allow them to do so. But the goal of the Russians is genocide," Yermak argued.

He noted that their hatred for everything Ukrainian has grown into terrorist methods of warfare.

"They would like to live in our Odesa without Ukrainians, in our Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Uzhhorod, Lutsk, Vinnytsya, Uman - everywhere, killing everyone who would interfere with them. They need our land without us. Hamas terrorists in Israel are hunting civilians in the same way. They kill children, shoot whole families, and fire rockets at residential buildings and peaceful towns. They would also like to live in Tel Aviv without Israelis... Their hatred for the nation is supported by states that rely on terror," he added.

Yermak noted that the Russians have been doing what is now happening in Israel since the first days of the large-scale invasion of Ukraine and continue these terrorist actions now.

"Russia is a terrorist state. They support the likes of Hamas. Their reliance on terror is no different from Nazi Germany's policy of exterminating the Jewish population. Terror equals genocide. By choosing this path, they say that only the territory that can be called 'theirs' is important," he said.

He noted that today the world must unite and give a tough response, because terror understands only force.

According to the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, a 79-year-old woman was among the victims and was hospitalised in moderate condition.
