The head of the presidential office Andriy Yermak wrote on Telegram that Russians are using phosphorus in their offensive on Avdiyivka.
"Avdiyivka. Our land, Ukrainian city. The Russians have put a lot of effort into this area. They are using phosphorus and want to spread their bodies around. Our army is holding its positions in difficult battles. We must all remember that the war is on. The enemy's goal remains the same - to kill all of us," Yermak wrote.
He noted that Russians do not value their people - they rely on numbers. Instead, Ukrainian strength is in quality and unity. And in the cold math of needs in order to destroy the Russians.
