Ukraine's Ambassador to Israel Yevhen Korniychuk has denied the reports that 23 Ukrainians were killed in a Hamas attack. On the air of a national telethon, he confirmed the deaths of 18 Ukrainians.
"We have verified information about 18 dead, not 23. That information is not true," Korniychuk said.
He also said that the number of Ukrainians who need to be evacuated from the Gaza Strip has increased to 308. It may increase to 400 in the coming days.
