Canada will provide Ukraine with more than 1.3 billion Canadian dollars in military assistance through 2026, as evidenced by the economic report of the Government of Canada.
Some 816 million Canadian dollars are allocated for the period 2023-2024; 318 million - for 2024-2025; 197 - for 2025-2026.
The following periods until 2029 are indicated as zero.
In mid-October, it was reported that Canada would provide Ukraine with various ammunition and bombs, as well as winter gear for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Canada is proposing to create a coalition of countries to facilitate the return of Ukrainian children taken to Russia. This will be a continuation of the Bring Kids Back UA plan of Zelenskyy's Peace Formula.
