Russian troops targeted Toretsk in Donetsk Region with mortars, wounding three people who were standing in a queue for humanitarian aid, the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office has said.
The attack happened at 10.30 a.m. on 30 November.
Russian troops targeted a residential area. Three civilians who came to receive humanitarian aid in an administrative office were injured by the shelling.
An 86-year-old woman and two men aged 63 and 34 were taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds. The latter is in serious condition.
The explosions damaged multi-storey blocks of flats.
Law enforcers are conducting a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
