On the night of 8 December 2023, the occupiers attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk region of Russia. They also launched S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region.
According to the Air Force, a total of seven Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs and six S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles were launched.
The direction of the Shahed strike was Dnipropetrovsk Region, while the anti-aircraft guided missiles were flying to Kharkiv Region.
The Ukrainian Air Force, in cooperation with the air defence of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, destroyed five enemy attack UAVs.
