Russia is not ready to negotiate an end to the war. The Kremlin is making these statements to reduce its support for Ukraine, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksiy Danilov said in an interview with Voice of America.
He stressed that Ukraine's demands for ending the war are set out in 10 points of the Peace Formula. Russia's vision is Ukraine's surrender.
"Because the negotiations offered by the Russian Federation are quite simple - it is our surrender. We cannot afford to capitulate to a country that started destroying us on 24 February. And we will continue to go to victory," he said.
