Fifty people, including six children, were wounded and one more person was killed by the Russian strike on Kharkiv this morning, the State Emergency Service has said.
The victims have blast injuries, bruises, acubarotrauma, acute stress reactions.
All fires caused by the strike have been extinguished by 1.58 p.m. Rescuers are checking the aftermath.
High-rise apartment blocks, business offices, civilian infrastructure were damaged.
