He published this message on X after French President Emmanuel Macron announced yesterday that he was discussing sending foreign troops to Ukraine. Although he said that there was no consensus on this, his words, as well as the statement by the Slovakian prime minister, resonated.
"Yesterday in Paris, we agreed that everyone should do more for Ukraine. This requires weapons, ammunition and air defence systems. We are working on this. One thing is clear: there will be no ground troops from European countries or NATO," he said.
