The Cabinet of Ministers has temporarily appointed Andriy Danyk as acting head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the government's representative in parliament, Taras Melnychuk, has said.
"Andriy Mykolayovych Danyk has been temporarily entrusted with the duties of the head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine," Melnychuk wrote.
According to the SES website, Andriy Danyk is currently the deputy head of the service. From January 2020 to September 2023, he was the head of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Cherkasy Region.
