The member companies of the National Association of Defence Industry Enterprises have posted bail for the head of the association, former MP Serhiy Pashynskyy.
"The member companies of the National Association of Defence Industry have just paid full bail for me. I am now free. I am very grateful for such tremendous support, but at the same time I am very ashamed that the funds that were supposed to be used to produce weapons were used to bail me out on fake charges. I will work for every penny and get these funds back," he wrote on Facebook.
Pashynskyy also noted that he was resuming his duties.
"More weapons, more ammunition. Only victory! I hope I won't be distracted from these tasks too much! In addition, we have already filed a criminal complaint regarding the falsification of my alleged 'conversations'!" he added.
As reported, yesterday, the HACC remanded Pashynskyy in custody until 25 April with the option of a bail of UAH 272.5 million.
