This afternoon, the Russian army shelled the village of Velykyy Burluk in Kupyansk District of Kharkiv Region with guided aerial bombs, the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said.
According to him, the Russians hit the railway station.
Two people were killed - a man and a six-year-old girl. The child's mother was critically wounded.
The regional administration and emergency services are working at the scene.
