At least four people, including one child, were killed by a Russian drone which hit a nine-storied block of flats in Odesa last night, the State Emergency Service has said.
Eight more people, including another child, were hurt, five people were rescued.
Six more residents are considered missing, according to the Prosecutor-General's Office.
