Today, Ukraine will receive €1.5 billion under the €50 billion Ukraine Facility.
This was announced by the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
‘Ukraine carries a heavy burden for all of us. Today we are providing an additional €1.5 billion under the €50 billion Ukraine Facility,’ she said.
According to the President of the European Commission, it is extremely important that Ukraine works and services are provided while the country is fighting back against the aggressor.
‘Europe remains united and determined,’ she added.
