Today, 9 May, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Oleksandr Kubrakov from the post of Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure. This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak. 

"The Parliament has dismissed Oleksandr Kubrakov from the post of Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine - Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine," Zheleznyak wrote.

He added that 272 MPs voted for this decision.

Zheleznyak also said that the deputy prime minister was not present in the parliamentary hall, nor was the prime minister. According to him, it is not yet known who will replace Kubrakov. It is also unknown when the new appointment will be made. 

In the morning, LB.ua reported that the Verkhovna Rada is to consider the dismissal of two government officials at today's meeting - Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solskyy, who is a suspect in the land theft case, and Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov, whose Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure will be split into two different ministries.
