Russian losses exceed 500,000 troops, reports General Staff

During the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost about 500,080 of its military, including 1,140 people over the last day. This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian total combat losses from 24.02.22 to 25.05.24 are approximately:

• personnel - about 500,080 (+1,140)
• tanks - 7,650 (+15)
• armoured combat vehicles - 14,786 (+11)
• artillery systems - 12,929 (+27)
• MLRS - 1,082 (+2)
• air defence systems - 814 (+1)
• aircraft - 356 (+0)
• helicopters - 326 (+0)
• operational and tactical UAVs - 10,414 (+4)
• cruise missiles - 2,209 (+0)
• ships / boats - 27 (+0)
• submarines - 1 (+0)
• vehicles and tankers - 17,608 (+39)
• special equipment - 2,104 (+3).

The General Staff clarifies that due to the constant receipt of updated intelligence data, it became necessary to adjust some of the positions of total Russian losses - operational and tactical level UAVs. The total figure has been adjusted, and losses per day are reported as usual.
