According to Suspilne, an air strike partially destroyed the outer wall of a residential building, destroying apartments on at least three floors.
"Preliminary, four strikes hit Kharkiv. It is known that they hit the area of dense residential buildings," the head of RMA Oleh Synyehubov said. Emergency services are checking the impact sites.
