On the morning of 8 August, the Russian army shelled Kherson. At dawn, the Russians hit residential buildings in the Central District.
A multi-storey building was hit. This was reported by the head of the RMA Oleksandr Prokudin in Telegram.
"The house that was hit was destroyed, and several nearby apartments were damaged," he said.
