Russia does not have a sufficiently powerful agent in Ukraine to carry out all its tasks. However, Russian plans to destabilise Ukraine have not changed, including through powerful missile attacks on infrastructure.
This also affects the internal situation, said Vadym Skibitskyy, Deputy Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, during a discussion within the New Country project on Justice as a key tool for state development. In addition, the Russians have had some success and are well aware of our plans.
"The more the enemy is aware of our plans and actions, the more difficult it will be to conduct operations and to wage armed struggle in general. Car arsons, leaking information about the movement of our troops, and other issues related to our military activities. This is happening, but not on the scale that some people say. They do not have a powerful agency that would allow them to carry out the tasks they are planning," he said.
Skibitskyy also commented on the prosecution of not only Russian military but also civilians, including designers of cruise missiles and devices for air bombs - all this is recorded. It is also recorded that Russians talk to each other by phone. All this data will be used to bring them to justice.
