Russia has struck the centre of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyy. At least two people are killed.
At least two more people are wounded. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Synyehubov.
The inspection of the site by the relevant services continues.
Update. On the evening of 23 August, the regional prosecutor's office reported that the number of victims had increased to three: an 85-year-old woman was taken to hospital with injuries.
