Ukraine has extended its transport visa-free regime with the European Union until the end of June 2025.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at a government meeting on 23 August.
‘We are approving a document that creates the legal basis for the transport visa-free regime with the European Union to continue to operate. ‘The transport visa-free regime is a liberalisation of freight transport that allows Ukrainian companies to transport goods to Europe without special permits,’ Shmyhal said.
He added that the government is currently working to make the agreement permanent.
