On the night of 21 September, the Russian army launched a missile attack on the city of Kryvyy Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk Region. The attack killed three people, including a child. Three others were injured.

"The boy killed by Russians in Kryvyy Rih was 12 years old. The missile strike also ended the lives of two women - 75 and 79 years old. Our sincere condolences to the families of the victims. Three other people were injured. They are a 17-year-old boy and men aged 31 and 50. They are hospitalised in moderate condition," Lysak said.
Two private houses caught fire - the fires were extinguished by rescuers. More than two dozen houses were damaged, 2 more were destroyed. A school, a garage and a car were also damaged. All services are working.
In addition, according to updated information, a 6-storey educational building in Dnipro was also damaged, with windows smashed. Three high-rise buildings and 72 cars were also damaged.
