In the morning, the Russian army attacked the Industrial district of Kharkiv. As of 12:41, there are 21 wounded, one of them in serious condition. A 16-year-old is also among the wounded. At least two more people are under the rubble - rescuers are trying to get them out. Three of the wounded
were hospitalised.
The type of weapon used by Russia is being established. This was reported by the head of the RMA, Oleh Synyehubov, on Telegram.
"According to preliminary information, civilian production was damaged. The data is being checked," he said.
Synyehubov added that there was damage to infrastructure. The mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, said that there were several hits. A fire broke out at the site of the strike.
