The death toll from yesterday's Russian missile attack on Sumy has risen to eleven. 89 people have been wounded, including 10 children. This was reported by the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"As of this morning, the death toll from the attack has increased to 11, including 2 children. Another 55 people were injured, including 8 children," the rescuers said in a statement.
A 9-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl, 5 women and 4 men were killed. Two educational institutions and 13 buildings, including 90 apartments and 28 cars, were damaged.
18th and 19th November are declared Days of mourning for the victims of the 17 November attack in Sumy.
