Seven people were injured across three settlements in the Odesa Region as a result of a Russian attack. Thirteen residential and country houses, garages, other structures, a gas pipeline, and a vehicle were damaged, all within the Odesa district, according to local police. The full extent of the damage is still being clarified.
Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration (OVA), stated that four of the injured were hospitalised, including a woman in serious condition. The remaining three received treatment at the scene and are in moderate condition.
Authorities continue to urge citizens to respond promptly to air alerts: “Immediately go to a shelter and remain there until the ‘Stand down’ signal is given,” law enforcement officials emphasised.
Port infrastructure facilities in the Region were also damaged in the attack.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Odesa Region has launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which addresses violations of the laws and customs of war.
