The Netherlands has provided Ukraine with three Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems to bolster its air defence amid ongoing Russian airstrikes, Dutch Defence Minister Ruben Brekelmans announced.
“Ukrainians are facing a difficult winter as the devastating airstrikes continue. That is why we have sent three Patriot launchers. This saves lives and protects vital infrastructure,” Brekelmans wrote on social media platform X.
He also emphasised that “it has been and remains in our common interest to stop Russian aggression.”
