In total, several hundred participants, including journalists, are attending.

President Zelenskyy opened the event, expressing gratitude to the participants and the people of the countries that have supported Ukraine and defended their right to independence.

“Both then and now, we know this is an absolutely unprovoked and criminal war - a war of aggression. Both then and now, it is important not to ignore this truth but to call a spade a spade. Any effective resistance in war is built on the awareness of the truth - the truth that unites people within the country and everyone around the world who supports us,” the President said.
