The Russian military attacked Odesa Region with drones and ballistic missiles. A man was killed in a Russian night drone strike in the suburbs of Odesa, while another was wounded. Energy, port, and civilian infrastructure facilities were hit.
This was reported by the head of the RMA, Oleh Kiper, and the State Emergency Service.
A 77-year-old resident of the village of Lymanka died from shrapnel wounds. The Office of the Prosecutor General clarified that another local resident sustained moderate injuries.
In Odesa, critical infrastructure was damaged, leaving part of the city without electricity, water, and heating. All relevant services are working to respond.


At least 20 private houses in the suburbs of Odesa, outbuildings, a business centre, a post office, a medical laboratory, commercial facilities, and cars were damaged or destroyed. More than 60 rescuers were involved in dealing with the aftermath of the terrorist attack. Information about further victims of the drone strike is being clarified.
During the air alert, the Russian military also attacked the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyy district with ballistic missiles at around 21:30. One missile hit an empty sanatorium, almost completely destroying the building. Fortunately, no one was injured. Windows in nearby houses were smashed.
