On the evening of 5 March, the Russian army launched a missile attack on Kryvyy Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Region.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA, Serhiy Lysak. The Russian strike caused a fire and damaged civilian infrastructure.

According to updated figures as of 8 a.m. from the Prosecutor General’s Office, the death toll has risen from two to three. Another 31 people were injured.
“Two men and a woman died as a result of the shelling. Thirty-one people were injured. Among the victims is a 13-year-old girl,” the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
As of 11:53 p.m., one fatality was confirmed - a 53-year-old man. At that time, reports indicated three wounded: two in serious condition and one woman in moderate condition.
A Russian missile hit a five-storey hotel, causing a fire. A stairwell was destroyed. Multi-storey residential buildings, a cultural institution, a post office, shops, and cars were also damaged.
