Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyy, during a meeting of heads of Ukraine’s diplomatic missions, outlined the key areas for joint work between the government and the diplomatic service.

He said so on his social media.

According to the head of government, international agreements must be turned into practical results for Ukraine as quickly as possible.

Among the main priorities are signing new defense contracts, attracting investment in the development of Ukraine’s defense-industrial complex, diversifying logistics routes, and creating new opportunities for Ukrainian exports.

Koretskyy said special attention will be paid to securing additional international financing, including for restoring energy infrastructure and preparing the country for the autumn-winter period.

The prime minister also stressed that one of the main tasks remains opening all negotiating clusters as soon as possible in Ukraine’s accession process to the European Union and further deepening integration into the EU internal market.

In addition, the government, together with the National Security and Defense Council, the Office of the President, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and local self-government bodies, will compile a list of specific requests and urgent needs to be addressed by the diplomatic corps.

“I am counting on close and coordinated cooperation between the Government and the diplomatic service. I thank Ukrainian diplomats for their professional work in defending our country’s interests around the world,” Serhiy Koretskyy said.
