The government has allocated UAH 35 billion to implement resilience plans.
Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyy reported this.
According to him, the audit identified measures that require urgent funding.
“The priority is protecting energy facilities and critical infrastructure, and deploying backup heat supply sources,” the head of government stressed.
Koretskyy added that work to protect the facilities is already underway, and that since April UAH 27.6 billion has already been spent on it from the reserve fund.
- In March, the National Security and Defense Council approved resilience plans for regions and some cities.
- This month, at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, officials reviewed the implementation of these plans, and later the Cabinet completed their audit.
