On the night of 23 August, Russian military struck the Osnovyanskyy district of Kharkiv. Seven people were injured: women aged 74, 39, 23, 28, 38 and 28, and a 38-year-old man.
An acute stress reaction was recorded in a 15-year-old boy. This was reported on Facebook by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov.
“Two private houses and an outbuilding caught fire. State Emergency Service units promptly dealt with the aftermath of the attack,” he said.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the Russian shelling at around 00:40.
