On Tuesday morning, Russians continued attacking petrol stations in the capital: a strike hit the Darnytskyi district. One injured person was taken to hospital.
He is in a serious condition, the city’s mayor Vitali Klitschko said. In addition, the enemy attacked the Obolonskyi district.
“In the Obolonskyi district, preliminarily, there was a hit on warehouse premises,” the mayor said.
Later, Russians attacked the Solomianskyi district. According to preliminary information, non-residential buildings were damaged.
The enemy began striking Kyiv’s petrol stations last week. The first target was a Ukrnafta filling station in the Holosiivskyi district. The next day, it hit two more petrol stations in the same chain on both banks of the river.
The attacks led to injuries among people who were near the site of the explosion. Ukrnafta began building protective gabions around its petrol stations to contain the blast wave and shrapnel.
