Ukraine and Azerbaijan are agreeing to move towards implementing joint projects in trade, investment, agricultural production and innovation.
This was agreed during an online meeting between Ukraine’s Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Taras Vysotskyi, and Azerbaijan’s Minister of Agriculture, Majnun Mammadov, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reported.
To launch the co-operation, the countries are preparing a memorandum of understanding, setting up a joint working group and developing an appropriate roadmap.
During the talks, the officials discussed expanding contacts between businesses in both countries and new investment initiatives. In addition, logistics were discussed, with the stable use of Black Sea routes being of key importance in the long term for bilateral trade.
