Over the course of the day on 7 October, the occupiers attacked Sumy several times with drones. There are casualties.
This was reported by Serhii Kryvosheienko, head of the Sumy City Military Administration.
Impacts were recorded on the premises of a petrol station in the Kovpakivskyi district, near a shop, and on a parked car.
As a result of one of the strikes, two people were injured — visitors to the petrol station.
"They were warned about the approach of an enemy drone, but did not manage to move to a safe distance in time. Both are in satisfactory condition and are being treated as outpatients," Kryvosheienko said.
At the other locations, preliminarily, there were no casualties.
The Russians used Molniya drones and fibre-optic FPV drones.
- In the Sumy region, two teenagers were blown up by an item of ordnance they found in a field. The 14-year-old boys died at the scene from severe injuries.
