Since the start of the day on 7 October, 185 combat clashes have taken place along the frontline.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 72 air strikes, using 156 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it deployed 5,288 kamikaze drones and conducted 1,445 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
On the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes, one enemy assault action has been recorded since the start of the day. The occupiers also carried out 120 attacks on the positions of our troops and on populated areas.
Over the course of the day, on the Southern Slobozhanshchyna axis, the enemy assaulted the positions of our units 12 times near Hrafske, Synelnykove and Volokhivka, and towards the settlements of Ternova, Mykolaivka and Radkivka; one clash is still ongoing.
On the Kupiansk axis, the Defence Forces repelled one enemy assault in the area of Kivsharivka.
On the Lyman axis, our defenders successfully repelled three attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of the settlements of Stavky and Dibrova.
One enemy assault was recorded on the Sloviansk axis towards Pyskynivka.
On the Kostiantynivka axis, the Defence Forces repelled 19 enemy assaults in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka and Vilne, and towards Kurtivka and Mykolaipillia; two more clashes are ongoing.
A total of 15 attacks were repelled on the Pokrovsk axis. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Svitle, Krasnopillia, Myrne and Molodetske, and towards Novyi Donbas, Dobropillia and Serhiivka.
According to preliminary estimates, 40 occupiers were eliminated here today and 14 were wounded; five vehicles, eight pieces of specialised equipment, one unmanned aerial vehicle control point and eight enemy shelters were destroyed. Four vehicles, two artillery systems, one piece of specialised equipment, five unmanned aerial vehicle control points and 90 enemy shelters were damaged. A total of 273 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
Our defenders repelled one occupier attack on the Oleksandrivka axis towards Ternove.
Seven occupier attacks were recorded on the Huliaipole axis in the areas of the settlements of Zlahoda, Ternuvate, Dolynka and Hirske. One clash is still ongoing.
On the Orikhiv axis, our defenders repelled one enemy attack towards Mahdalynivka.
On the Kramatorsk and Prydniprovia axes, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
No significant changes in the situation were recorded on other axes.
