The Alpha Special Operations Centre of the Security Service of Ukraine has ranked first for the seventh consecutive month in the effectiveness ratings of Ukraine’s Defence Forces units by the number of enemy targets hit.
The SBU reported this.
According to verified data from Alpha’s specialist unit, in September 2026 the special forces neutralised more than 7,600 Russian servicemen.
In addition, over the month the unit struck:
- 6,938 drones and ground robotic systems of various types;
- 2,971 vehicles;
- 2,969 antennas and communications nodes;
- 1,061 fortifications;
- 726 drone crews;
- 178 depots containing ammunition and supplies;
- 39 armoured vehicles, including 4 tanks and 35 infantry fighting vehicles;
- 33 artillery systems and self-propelled artillery units;
- 26 air defence systems;
- 16 multiple launch rocket systems;
- 13 radar and electronic warfare systems;
- 9 watercraft;
- 5 command posts.
The SBU notes that striking such targets weakens the Russian forces’ ability to conduct reconnaissance, coordinate units, supply troops and continue offensive operations.
