As a result of a Russian attack on Kyiv’s energy facilities, one of the capital’s water supply facilities has been left without power. This has caused water pressure to drop in the city’s water network in four districts.

Kyivvodokanal reported this.

As of 14:28, water supply to the right-bank part of Kyiv has been restored.

Water supply problems are being observed in the Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kyiv’s right-bank side. In some buildings, a temporary interruption to the water supply is possible.

Stabilisation of pressure in the network will begin after power is restored to the water supply facility. Full restoration of water supply will take some time.

Kyivvodokanal specialists are monitoring the situation and are taking measures to restore stable water supply as quickly as possible.

The company also reminded residents that they can collect drinking water from the capital’s pump-room complexes. Addresses of the nearest pump rooms can be found on the website of the municipal enterprise Kyivvodfond.
