The Ukrainian Bulldog unmanned aerial vehicle made by Roboneers has been used in combat conditions for the first time. The manufacturer said so on social media and also reported it to Defender Media.
According to the company, the drone was deployed to carry out strike missions at distances of up to 15 km. During combat use, it carried a payload weighing up to 9 kg.
Roboneers noted that, based on the results of its use, they received feedback from the military on the UAV’s strengths and weaknesses. The information obtained is planned to be used to further improve the platform.
Roboneers unveiled the Bulldog UAV in March 2026. It is positioned as a transformer drone that can serve as a bomber or an airborne relay.
The UAV is equipped with a secure control channel and is designed to operate in challenging conditions, including limited visibility, the absence of a GPS signal, high humidity and dusty environments. It can also carry out missions at night.
The stated Bulldog flight endurance is up to 70 minutes without a payload. Its range reaches 20 km, and the maximum payload mass is 10 kg, the company said.
