The press centre of the antiterrorist operation (ATO) HQ has said that a strongpoint near Avdiyivka was shot at with a 82-mm mortar.
Separatists used small arms, various grenade launchers and mortars against the ATO positions in Pisky and Opytne close to Donetsk airport.
In Horlivka, they shot at Ukrainian fortifications with small arms in Verkhnyotoretske and Luhanske close to Horlivka. A mortar was fired on a strongpoint in Troyitske.
In the Mariupol sector, the occupiers fired a mortar and a heavy machine gun in the direction of Krasnohorivka.
On 1 February, the militants shot at ATO positions 56 times, wounding two Ukrainian troops.
