Privatbank's former owner Ihor Kolomoyskyy has filed a defamation lawsuit against the National Bank of Ukraine.
It was registered with Kyiv's Pecherskyy district court on 1 November.
The defendants are the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), Ribotto Ltd, Taras Myroshnyk, Zakon I Bizness Editorial Office Ltd, Interfax-Ukraine News Agency Ltd, and Kyiv Gorshenin Institute of Management Problems (founder of LB.ua).
The third parties in the lawsuit are Inkeria Ltd and Inkom 2001 Ltd.
The text of the lawsuit has not been published yet.
In September, Privatbank's former board chairman Oleksandr Dubilet filed a defamation lawsuit against Privatbank.
