"The SMM confirms that this morning, one of our observers got involved in a motorway incident. He was riding in a taxi in Kramatorsk and was killed as a result of the incident," the press service of the mission told the agency.

Earlier, Russian mass media reported, quoting militants, that Vitaliy Zara, a representative of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine, tragically died in Kramatorsk.
