Odesa's Kyivskyy district court has cancelled its own resolution banning a wide range of entities, including the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), Kroll Associates and AlixPartners Services, to audit the activities of Ihor Kolomoyskyy, a former co-owner of PrivatBank, the NBU press service has said.
The court issued the ban on the forensic audit of PrivatBank on 4 January in response to Kolomoyskyy's motion.
A similar ban was ordered by Kyiv's Solomyanskyy district court on Kolomoyskyy's request on 15 December 2017. It was appealed and overturned on 3 January 2018.
