On the request of the owner of the ForkLog website writing about crypto business, Anatoliy Kaplan, a court ordered the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to register his complaint about a criminal offence, which he says was committed by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), with the Single Register of Pre-Trial Investigations (SRPTI).
"Based on my complaint, the NABU has opened a criminal case and entered the information into the SRPTI. There will be an investigation," Kaplan said in an interview with LB.ua.
According to him, he had to turn to court to make sure his criminal case is entered into the register.
Kaplan estimates the damage allegedly caused by the SBU at 500,000 dollars.
During a raid on 18 December 2017, the SBU seized the ForkLog founder's crypto currency, equipment, cash and a bottle of rum.
