Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko on 17 April underwent a forensic psychological examination using a polygraph, Interfax-Ukraine has quoted her lawyer Oleh Soloviy as saying.
"The polygraph procedure for Nadiya Savchenko is over. Experts have not yet issued their final conclusions on this issue yet, and they have not closed the examination, if I may say so. Experts promised to inform us about their conclusions within two days," he said.
It is possible that the verification is not over yet.
The test carried out by the Kyiv Research Institute of Forensic Examination has lasted for several hours. "Nadiya Viktorivna could smoke, drink water and walk," the lawyer said.
He added that Savchenko remained "absolutely quiet and confident| despite certain attempts "to unnerve her".
As reported earlier, Savchenko is in custody on suspicion of plotting terrorist acts.
